Ingredients

ripe avocado
½
fresh lemon
(for squeezing (use more or less to taste))
salt
(to taste)
1-2
hard boiled eggs
(sliced)
2-4
slices of toasted bread
(use gluten free if necessary)
sprinkling of paprika
sprinkling of everything but the bagel seasoning
Instructions
Mash together the avocado, lemon juice and salt.
Smear avocado mixture onto 2-4 slices of toasted bread.
Top with hard boiled egg slices. Sprinkle with paprika and everything but the bagel seasoning. Enjoy!
