my favorite house salad
Jump to RecipeThis hearty house salad is a copycat from my favorite local steakhouse. With crunchy greens and lots of crunchy veggies, as well savory bacon and hearty eggs, it’s as pretty to look at as it is delicious.

This house salad is inspired by one of my favorite local steak restaurants, and it’s a true crowd-pleaser. It’s hearty enough to fill you up but still light and refreshing. The combination of crunchy greens, crisp veggies, and savory toppings makes this salad a go-to for dinner parties or weeknight meals.
I’m a big fan of adding hard-boiled eggs to salads. They’re so satisfying and add a nice boost of protein. I usually make a batch every week for snacking and quick meal additions. This salad is as simple as it gets – just chop and assemble!

Not only is this salad delicious, but it’s also beautiful to look at. It’s the kind of dish that impresses your guests without a lot of effort. I like to finish it off with fresh parsley or other herbs if I have them, but no worries if you don’t – it’s just as good without.

Feel free to use your favorite homemade ranch dressing or a store-bought version to keep things simple.
